Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time:

– All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
– Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
– If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you via email if
there is a significant delay in your order processing.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

– Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
– Standard shipping: 3-5 business days.
– Express shipping: 1-2 business days.
– Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated in the
event of a delay.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

– You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping:

– We endeavour to ship worldwide, but sometimes our couriers might not be able to ship to your destination. If
this is the case, we will cancel your order and fully refund you.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
– Carnelian Heart Publishing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed
during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility:

– You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its
original packaging. 
– Proof of purchase is required to process your return.

2. Return Process:

order number and the reason for your return.
– If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
– You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

– If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will
arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds Policy
1. Refunds:
– Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10
business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
